I"ve been here for a couple hours visiting friends on both ends of the grounds and soaking up the vibe of Day 1. An absolutely beautiful summer day with a welcome breeze from the lake. Lots of Bon Jovi t-shirts, as they are headlining the Amphitheater tonight. Ran into my friend Vic Thomas and went to meet a couple folks in his golf cart ... I am looking forward to Summerfest this year for so many reasons ... there is NO way that I will be able to fit all of those reasons on this blog, so I've narrowed it down to the top 25.
